Service Description

Looking for an ATV adventure but love horses as well. Join us for a 1.5 Hour ATV Adventure ATV Experience with a stables tour with a special meet and greet of one of our amazing horses. We will bring out one of our majestic friends for you to be able to meet him and mount him for photos on your phone camera for your group. HOW MANY CAN RIDE AT A TIME: ​There are usually up to 6-8 riders in a large group at a time on the trails to ensure that you and your group/party have a safe experience. Larger groups can be accommodated but call an online adventure coordinator to plan larger group experiences. THE REGULAR ATV ADVENTURE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & HORSE ADVENTURE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS DO APPLY. ***Please see ATV Adventure Experience and Horseback Riding Experience for more details. ​OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE BEFORE YOU BOOK: Due to our insurance regulations and policies dogs are NOT allowed on the property, please leave your pets at your vacation rental, cabin or home. For their safety and that of our horses. Prices are per person plus tax, plus credit or debit card processing fees Gratuity is not included to the guide which we encourage and they can only accept cash only. (NO RACING) for this experience All reservations are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy, for more please refer to our policies page for details. Please note that the time reserved for your reservation is based on total “Experience Time” or blocked time for you and your party is NOT the “Exact Ride Time”. Exact ride time varies by time it takes to complete waivers, helmet fittings & mount Horses. If you are looking for something different than just the 1.5 hour adventure experience or need to plan for a larger group, special events, or large group and minor ride-alongs we suggest you call and speak with an online adventure coordinator to better assist you and customize a riding experience package for you. Private Tours for just you and your group are available upon request and for an additional fee. All rides are on a 90-acre equestrian estate, vehicles and horses are not for rent to be taken off property.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Time Departure times are scheduled in advance to ensure the timely and efficient operation of our Picture Perfect Experiences. Hence it is very important that all guests arrive on time to avoid a delayed departure. Any guest arriving late will not be issued a refund but rather a credit to re-schedule their originally purchased experience. Bad Weather Policy Picture Perfect Adventures is open unless there is inclement weather, such as but not limited to rain and/or lightning storms within 10 miles of our facility and trails, in this case guest will be evacuated to the Barn or Main Office/Welcome Center for safety purposes. Guests will be entitled to a Rain Check only for the adventure/experience that was not completed due to weather conditions. There is no expiration date on Rain Checks and they must be presented upon the scheduled return visit without exception. Only Guests, who have not yet started any portion of any course, will be entitled to a refund. Waiver Policy Under State Law all Guests and Eligible Riders must read and complete a waiver and experience forms, without exception. Guests under the age of 18 must provide a signed and completed waiver form from their parent or legal guardian in addition to their own if they are eligible for the horseback riding or ATV adventures/experiences. Waiver forms can be completed at the Park or accessed and printed and/or signed digitally from our website (under the Waivers heading) at www.pictureperfectexperiences.com Cancellation Policy Guests are free to cancel any reservation made up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled departure and receive a full refund. Guests making a cancellation request within 24 hours of a previously scheduled reservation will only be entitled to reschedule their visit for a later date and not a refund. Conduct Policy Picture Perfect Adventures, LLC does not permit smoking, alcoholic beverages, or bad language, and reserves the right to remove Guests from any ride/adventure/experience at any time, without refund, for bad behavior and/or failure to follow all posted Park rules and verbal instructions from our Guides at all times without exception. As a courtesy to others, all rides/experiences have a max of up to one hour to complete the guided trails (prorated for the other course) and return their safety gear, such as helmets and goggles to the Office and/or Welcome Center. These policies are in place to ensure both the safety and enjoyment of your Picture Perfect Adventure.
