ALL ACCESS PASS - ATV AND HORSEBACK RIDE

Service Description

Cant make up your minds on which adventure to choose, then why not do both! Experience all access, back to back adventure experience that you will be talking about for a lifetime. This is great for large groups and big families that need to be split into groups. Groups of 3-4+ can be divided into 2 and split off to each adventure and then switch, so that no group is waiting on the other and everyone gets to enjoy all the fun Carlota Estate has to offer. Please note large groups will need to book and coordinate directly with an Adventure Coordinator to ensure there is enough time in the calendar and how best to break up your group. WHAT YOUR ATV ADVENTURE EXPERIENCE WILL BE LIKE - You will arrive on property and an employee of Picture Perfect Cabin at Carlota Equestrian Estate will greet you and help you find your parking and get you checked into groups and each group checked in for your Adventure experience. ATV - You will be fitted for helmets and each person in your party will need to sign waivers and provide a copy of their driver's license if you did not do so prior to your adventure experience. Your Adventure Guide will then get everyone situated on their ATV and begin a safety and instructions review with the group before heading out for your Adventure. Each person will be on a full-sized and shift-free seat on top Quad, that's great for beginners or experienced riders so you can drive your own while following a guide. Riders will enjoy a full 30 minutes beautiful loop of terrain (scenic/not fast). Relish in the breathtaking views the trail provides all along the way, stop at the beautiful waterfalls and lake on our private 90 acre equestrian estate and finish off your guided ride with a visit to our stables for a meet and greet of our horses. HORSEBACK TOUR AND PHOTO OP - In this adventure you will learn about our horse stable, meet and greet our horses with a guide and our Stables Guide will get one of our beautiful beau’s ready so that each person can mount the horse in your group and take pictures with the beautiful backdrop and landscape that Carlota Estate has to offer. After a bit of instruction from your horse trainer you will head out on a beautiful 30 minute horseback ride (walking only, no trotting or cantering) tour of our estate grounds including its lake and waterfall. If you have a large party, once each 30 min experience is over the 2 groups will switch, ensuring that everyone enjoys their time with us.

Cancelation Policy

Reservation Time Departure times are scheduled in advance to ensure the timely and efficient operation of our Picture Perfect Experiences. Hence it is very important that all guests arrive on time to avoid a delayed departure. Any guest arriving late will not be issued a refund but rather a credit to re-schedule their originally purchased experience. Bad Weather Policy Picture Perfect Adventures is open unless there is inclement weather, such as but not limited to rain and/or lightning storms within 10 miles of our facility and trails, in this case guest will be evacuated to the Barn or Main Office/Welcome Center for safety purposes. Guests will be entitled to a Rain Check only for the adventure/experience that was not completed due to weather conditions. There is no expiration date on Rain Checks and they must be presented upon the scheduled return visit without exception. Only Guests, who have not yet started any portion of any course, will be entitled to a refund. Waiver Policy Under State Law all Guests and Eligible Riders must read and complete a waiver and experience forms, without exception. Guests under the age of 18 must provide a signed and completed waiver form from their parent or legal guardian in addition to their own if they are eligible for the horseback riding or ATV adventures/experiences. Waiver forms can be completed at the Park or accessed and printed and/or signed digitally from our website (under the Waivers heading) at www.pictureperfectexperiences.com Cancellation Policy Guests are free to cancel any reservation made up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled departure and receive a full refund. Guests making a cancellation request within 24 hours of a previously scheduled reservation will only be entitled to reschedule their visit for a later date and not a refund. Conduct Policy Picture Perfect Adventures, LLC does not permit smoking, alcoholic beverages, or bad language, and reserves the right to remove Guests from any ride/adventure/experience at any time, without refund, for bad behavior and/or failure to follow all posted Park rules and verbal instructions from our Guides at all times without exception. As a courtesy to others, all rides/experiences have a max of up to one hour to complete the guided trails (prorated for the other course) and return their safety gear, such as helmets and goggles to the Office and/or Welcome Center. These policies are in place to ensure both the safety and enjoyment of your Picture Perfect Adventure.
